The approach

Our benefits realisation track record demonstrates the sustainable stakeholder and shareholder value to be realised from aligning purpose, strategic objectives, core business processes and capability, and primary relationships (partnerships and strategic business relationships, suppliers and clients).

In our experience, misaligned business and project activity never fulfils its benefits potential. Similarly individuals in roles and teams without a clear purpose, that are not respected, valued and empowered to make best use of their capability and capacity, will not fulfil their potential.

We have found inner motivation to be a critical driver in enabling teams to fulfil their purpose.

Environment & Context
In terms of method, based on our experience, we have adapted the work of Molden and Symes (1999) in complement to our wider ‘tool kit’.
