The approach

At Randon Consulting we base our approach to planning, resourcing and delivering change upon a pragmatic adoption of the PRINCE2 methodology, the methods advocated by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and our own experience.

In summary we adopt a 5 component process to translate Government policy into desired outcomes and stakeholder value, and corporate strategies into market position and shareholder value, based on our experience of delivering successful projects and programmes to schedule and budget:

Organisation
It is an objective of Randon Consulting to ensure that the methods deployed are ‘fit for purpose’, in regard to programme objectives, scale, organisational capacity and capabilities. Skills and knowledge transfer, a core value of Randon Consulting, are influenced by the alignment of the programme vision, organisational delivery capability and motivation, and the management methodology applied.
