The approach
At Randon Consulting we base our approach to planning, resourcing and delivering change upon a pragmatic adoption of the PRINCE2 methodology, the methods advocated by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) and our own experience.

into desired outcomes and stakeholder value, and corporate
strategies into market position and shareholder value, based
on our experience of delivering successful projects and programmes to schedule
