The approach
Much has been written about the process, success criteria and quantifiable
evaluation of change.
At Randon Consulting we use a model based on our own
experience of delivering sustainable change, underpinned by the work of a
number of leading academics and practitioners. At its most simplest:
A core objective of Randon Consulting is to maximise sustainability. Our
consultants/managers are
all experienced coaches, able to develop,
inspire and sustain high performing teams, to
establish
communities of change agents,
and to ensure effective skills and knowledge transfer. As part of this
commitment
we volunteer through the Whitehall and Industry Group (WIG) mentoring scheme.
